Episode 37-ish: Star Trek Into Darkness

Hey, over at J.R. Watches Star Trek for the first time we did a Star Trek Into Darkness commentary.

(It took us a few weeks to finally do it, but here it is -- the DVD commentary of Star Trek Into Darkness. The giddiness of the movie has worn off slightly, so a bit of criticism is expected. Interestingly, the two of us tend to disagree a bit more on these movie things, but the inevitable yelling match has yet to be recorded.

BTW, Jon's voice is a bit louder than J.R.'s. Hopefully that's not too annoying. If it is, let us know and we'll painstakingly adjust the levels of every single conversation.

Episode 36-ish: Total Recall

Alright. Jon, Scott and Zo got together and watched Total Recall and mostly commented about that guy who got his arms ripped off and also about the merits of Sharon Stone.

Prepare ye for the 7th best Stallone movie of all time and the 300th best cop movie of all time. This movie has EVERYTHING! Supermarket shooting sprees, a greasy photographer who looks like Peter Cetera, ax tai chi, modelling robots, 30 second rooftop meetings, the oily alien in The X-files who says "pig" a lot, EVERYTHING!

This commentary is for the short (but a bit longer than the last one) we made for Halloween 2010. This time around it's me (Jon) with Chad Spere and Stephanie Fowers. Chad and Stephanie are the two leads in the film. Being just a bunch of friends doing a movie together, they were also on the primary crew.

Episode 31: The Last Zombie Movie EVER! (audio version)

Alright, this is something of a switch on the commentary. This is the short film my friends and I made for Halloween 2009. Doing the commentary is Jon Madsen, Scott Steele and Craig Blake. As for the movie itself -- Jon did most of the post work, Scott's the story guy and Craig's the actor.
